BY PURCHASING PRODUCT(S) FROM QUICK LIFT USA INC. YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHIPPING

We do not ship outside the United States. The following shipping information is for customers within the continental United States. The shipping delivery address can be commercial or residential (conditions apply).  Most of our standard ground orders will ship within 24-48 hours after checkout/purchase is complete. Freight items may take longer to process depending on location and quantity.

 

Where do our products ship from?

Currently we ship all of our products from Gilbert, Arizona.

 

Orders under $149.95  (non-freight items) - $4.99-$16.99 Standard Ground shipping

Orders $149.95 (non-freight items) and over -Free Ground Shipping unless otherwise noted on a specific product.

Most lifts/Equipment/large items will have freight calculated at checkout as a set $499.99 (+$75 for Residential Delivery). Additional charges may apply for limited access/high cost areas. Freight costs could potentially also increase for orders shipped outside of the Southwest/West Coast. We will contact you with these charges before shipping your order. ***Please contact us if you would like an exact shipping quote based on your location prior to checkout.

 

FREE Local Delivery - This applies to deliveries made up to 25 miles from Gilbert, Arizona. Deliveries which exceed this distance can be accommodated, for a fee, based on distance. 25+ Miles from Gilbert, AZ but still within the east/west valley, will incur a $199 delivery fee! Not in AZ? Call us for a quote! Please note - FREE Local Delivery cannot be combined with any other discount/promo.

 

Delivery Time - Once shipped

Most regular ground orders ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground and are delivered in 1-5 days. For items that ship freight, see LTL Freight Shipment for lifts + large products below.

 

Lift Gate - Items 100lbs+

Quick Lift USA charges an additional fee if lift gate service is requested/required for delivery of your product(s). We will contact you with this fee prior to shipping your item from our facility. Lift gate service cannot be used for items such as 2 and 4 post lifts (please contract us with any questions).

 

Orders $500+

Orders over $500 could be subject to a signature required upon delivery for the protection of all parties.

 

LTL Freight Shipments (All Vehicle Lifts/Equipment/large items)

Due to the weight and size of Automotive Lifts, Equipment, etc, Quick Lift USA is not able to guarantee that deliveries /freight shipments arrive by a specific date. Estimated delivery dates provided are only estimates and may vary.  Most LTL Freight items take 7-14 days from the date of order to delivery date.

 

We use many shipping and freight carriers to get our products to your door!  Customers are always responsible for being able to unload product(s) from the truck and/or trailer - the truck driver will never be responsible for any unloading. Lifts will always require a forklift, skid steer or loader due to their weight and size.

Although we pay the freight/delivery company on your behalf, ownership of the freight transfers to the customer once it leaves our shipping facility.  If any shipping damage occurs during transport, it is the consumers responsibility to file a claim with the freight/delivery carrier directly.  While we would love to assist in any way we can, our ultimate goal is to get your product delivered, damage free!

 

Additional fees
You could be responsible for additional fees to us by the freight carrier as a result of:

 

  • Storage fees- If you do not pick up your item from the terminal or accept delivery within the allotted window, the carrier may charge storage fees. This is usually around $50 per day with a $150 minimum charge but vary by company.

  • Detention fees- If you are not prepared to unload your item(s) in a timely manner, usually around 30 min from arrival, the carrier may assess additional fees. These fees are usually $50-80 for 20-40 minutes over the allotted time but vary by company. 

  • Re-consignment fees- If you request to change the delivery address after your order has shipped, or you change to terminal pick up, the carrier may charge additional fee's. This is usually around $100-150 but very by company.

  • Additional fee's may be charged for various reasons, including but not limited to, any delay in delivery caused by the recipient of the freight.

 

 

Lift Installation

Quick Lift USA always recommends that a professional Lift Installer completes the install of any and all lifts. We do not offer installations at this time, but we can certainly refer you to a local 3rd party installer in your area! Prices differ and depend on what type of lift you are having installed and the specific services you are in need of! Installation costs are typically between $600-$1000 for 2 post lifts and $700-$1000 for 4 post lifts.   We offer these 3rd party installation referrals only as a reference and a courtesy to customers and disclaim any and all guarantees, promises or warranties expressed by the installer or installation company. Any damages to your products and or injury that result due to incorrect installation or handling by the 3rd part installer/Installation company are the customer’s sole responsibility and Quick Lift USA assumes no responsibility or liability.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns will be accepted for 30 days after the date of delivery. Item/s must be unused and in the original factory packaging to qualify for return. If an item is defective, has a clear manufacturer issue, or we sent you the incorrect item, Quick Lift USA will cover the return shipping/freight. For any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping/freight costs. Please be sure to look over all LTL/truck shipments before accepting any deliveries or signing documentation. Please contact us in advance if you plan to return a product as we would like to ensure to safe delivery of the goods back to our warehouse!

 

 

  • All refunds/cancellations will be subject to a 10% fee that will be deducted from the refund. We incur this fee for payment processing, restocking, etc.

  • Refunds for returned items will have the initial shipping costs deducted unless it was due to an error by Quick Lift USA. 

  • We reserve the right to pro-rate the refund if an items packaging has been damaged in such a way that the product is now unsellable as brand new, or if parts or hardware are missing or damaged.  (Includes any signs of the product having been installed, damaged packaging/crating or other damage.

  • Return refunds are submitted 5-8 business days after we receive the package back and have completed an inspection of the crating and product being returned.

 

 

Installed Items
Once an item has been installed or removed from the manufacturer packaging and/or crating, it cannot be returned for any reason. some of our products do offer Warranties on defects - Please contact us if this applies.

 

Cancelled Orders
Product that has shipped cannot be cancelled for any reason. If you refuse to accept delivery of an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any and all delivery return fees. This includes the initial freight/shipping costs to you; the return freight costs to Quick Lift USA and any fees charged by the carrier. 3.2% will also be deducted from the refund total for the processing fees on the return.

 

Defective Products
We ask that you to test your product(s) within 10 days of delivery so we can quickly address any problems or concerns that you may have. If you think your product is defective, Please give us a call so we have help to find a solution! 


On occasion, the outer packaging, whether steel or wood, may look damaged, but the product inside is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, notate “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is much easier! Please note that we do take photos of the product before it leaves our facility. If your packing arrives damaged, please be sure to take photos immediately. 

 

Warranties

While we offer a 30 day returns policy (unopened product only), we typically do not take items back after this time. Automotive Lifts and most Air Compressors/Equipment offered by Quick Lift USA carry a 2 year manufacturer warranty on defects only, beyond the 30 days.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding warranties on a specific product.
