  • Do you do lift installations and what is the cost?
    We do not do installations ourselves, but we do contract with local Arizona installers we can get your set up with! We can also refer you to a local installer in your area, as a convenience if you are not in Arizona. Prices may vary throughout the country and depend on the lift type. Typical installation costs are between $650-$800 for 2 post lifts 12,000lbs and under, and $750-$1000 for a 4 post lifts 12,000lbs and under.
  • How will my lift be delivered?
    All lifts ship via Freight - LTL. This means that it will ship either on a 53 Foot Semi truck or a flatbed trailer, to the address you provide for delivery.
  • Can I use a lift gate delivery?
    Unfortunately, No. All of our lifts are too large to be able to be lower to the ground via lift gates. Air Compressors and other large equipment (excluding lifts) can utilize a Lift Gate for unloading.
  • Can I unload the lift piece by piece to get it off of the delivery truck/trailer?
    You can not. This is a time as well as a liability issue. The freight companies will not allow this and require that you unload with the proper means and equipment to avoid timely delays and risk of injury.
  • How do I unload my products off the delivery truck?
    The customer is responsible for unloading all product when it arrives on the truck, the driver will not assist most times. Lifts will always require a fork lift, tractor or skid steer for unloading. If you have access to a forklift, skid steer or tractor suitable for lifting the weight of your product, you will be all set for unloading. You must be able to unload out of the back of an enclosed 53′ semi truck. Air Compressors and all other large equiptment (excluding lifts) can utilize a Lift Gate for unloading If you do not have the means of unloading, DON'T WORRY! we can have your lift delivered to your local shipping terminal where the freight company can load it onto your truck or trailer.
  • Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
    Product that has shipped cannot be cancelled for any reason. If you refuse to accept delivery of an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any and all delivery return fees. This includes the initial freight/shipping costs to you; the return freight costs to Quick Lift USA and any fees charged by the carrier. 3.2% will also be deducted from the refund total for the processing fees on the return.
  • How will I know when my product will arrive so I can prepare to unload it?
    As soon as your order is placed, we will provide an approximate pickup date and transit time. Once the product has been picked up by the freight company, we will send you tracking information so you can track the progress. We can also request a "Notify before delivery" designation on your shipment.
  • What if my product shows up damaged?
    It is your responsibility to inspect your product before signing to accept delivery . We inspect all shipments before they leave our warehouse to verify the product is in perfect condition. Accidents during shipping do occur occasionally, at no fault of ours or yours. If you accept product and find damage after delivery, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company directly. If you have some minor scratches or minor damage, contact us immediately and we will send you replacement parts and/or touch-up paint. You must contact us within 72 hours after delivery to notify us of any concerns.
  • What is the Warranty on your products?
    All lifts sold by Quick Lift USA Inc come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty. All Air Compressors/Air Dryers/Etc sold by Quick Lift USA Inc come with a 24 month end to end manufacturer warranty.
  • What is your return/refund policy?
    Returns will be accepted for 30 days after the date of delivery. Item/s must be unused and in the original factory packaging to qualify for return. If an item is defective, has a clear manufacturer issue, or we sent you the incorrect item, Quick Lift USA will cover the return shipping/freight. For any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping/freight costs. Please be sure to look over all LTL/truck shipments before accepting any deliveries or signing documentation. Please contact us in advance if you plan to return a product as we would like to ensure to safe delivery of the goods back to our warehouse! All refunds/cancellations will be subject to a 6.5% fee that will be deducted from the refund. We incur this payment processing fee for each transaction, and it is non-refundable. Refunds for returned items will have the initial shipping costs deducted unless it was due to an error by Quick Lift USA. We reserve the right to pro-rate the refund if an items packaging has been damaged in such a way that the product is now unsellable as brand new, or if parts or hardware are missing or damaged. (Includes any signs of the product having been installed, damaged packaging/crating or other damage. Return refunds are submitted 5-8 business days after we receive the package back and have completed an inspection of the crating and product being returned. Installed Items Once an item has been installed or removed from the manufacturer packaging and/or crating, it cannot be returned for any reason. some of our products do offer Warranties on defects - Please contact us if this applies.
  • What if there is a clear manufactured defect after my lift is installed?
    We ask that you to test your product(s) within 10 days of delivery so we can quickly address any problems or concerns that you may have. If you think your product is defective, Please give us a call so we have help to find a solution! On occasion, the outer packaging, whether steel or wood, may look damaged, but the product inside is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, notate “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is much easier! Please note that we do take photos of the product before it leaves our facility. If your packing arrives damaged, please be sure to take photos immediately.
  • Are the Air Compressors ready to use?
    The Air Compressors go through a comprehensive 3 hour break in at the manufacturer. They come ready to use! We recommend an oil change after the first couple hundred hours.
