Description:
Quick Lift USA single-phase rotary screw compressors are available in 6 HP and 10 HP sizes. Each standalone unit combines variable-speed direct drive, an oil-injected airend, an enclosed cabinet and digital controls. All operate on 220 V / 60 Hz single-phase power.
Power & Performance:
The QL-6HP delivers a rated airflow range of 6.36-15.78 CFM. The QL-10HP delivers a rated airflow range of 12.71-31.9 CFM. Each model has a maximum operating pressure of 145 PSI. Variable-speed control adjusts motor speed to air demand, while direct drive transfers power without a belt-drive system. Air delivery is a rated operating range; maximum pressure is a separate limit. Match required flow, pressure and electrical supply to the application.
Built to Last:
The oil-injected rotary screw airend uses circulating compressor oil for lubrication and cooling. An enclosed cabinet houses the motor, airend, coolers and control components. The digital controller provides operating information and alarm indication. The 6 HP uses the simpler display; controller layouts vary across larger models.
Vibration Virtuoso:
Sound levels are approximately 60 +/- 2 dB(A) without ventilation ducting. Actual noise depends on load, placement, room construction and ventilation.
Service & Maintenance:
Quick Lift USA offers service packages for oil changes, filter replacement and scheduled maintenance. Keep the coolers clean, inspect for leaks and service the compressor according to operating hours and conditions. Pair the standalone compressor with a properly sized external receiver, dryer and filters for the air quality and storage your application needs.
