Upgrade your workspace with Quick Lift USA's 2-in-1 Rotary Screw Air Compressors. Designed for home garages and commercial shops, these systems combine an oil-lubricated rotary screw compressor and an integrated ASME-certified air tank in one package. Choose the QL-6HP with a 27-gallon tank or the larger QL-10HP with a 55.5-gallon tank. Both operate on 220 V, 60 Hz, single-phase power.
Power & Performance:
The QL-6HP provides a rated airflow range of 6.36-15.78 CFM and a maximum operating pressure of 145 PSI. The QL-10HP is rated by Quick Lift USA at 35 CFM at 145 PSI for more demanding air-tool and shop applications. Variable-speed control adjusts motor speed to air demand, while the direct-drive design supports efficient, continuous-duty operation.
Built to Last:
Each system pairs a direct-drive rotary screw compressor with an ASME-certified receiver. Oil lubrication helps cool and protect the airend, while the enclosed cabinet houses the compressor components. The 6 HP model uses a simple digital display; the 10 HP model adds the more advanced touchscreen interface. Both provide operating information and alarm indication to help you monitor the unit.
Vibration Virtuoso:
Rotary screw compression and direct-drive operation provide smooth performance without a belt-drive system to maintain. The supplied model data lists sound levels of approximately 60 +/- 2 dB(A) without ventilation ducting. Actual noise depends on load, installation and the surrounding space.
