Description: Reduce moisture in your compressed air system with Quick Lift USA’s Refrigerated Air Dryers. Available as the QLAD57 for 5-7.5 HP compressors and QLAD1020 for 10-20 HP compressors, these standalone units combine an aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger, air-cooled refrigeration and automatic condensate drainage. Pair the dryer with your compressor, air receiver and filtration to help protect shop tools, equipment and downstream piping.
Dry Air, Elevated: The dryer cools incoming compressed air so water vapor condenses into liquid, separates the collected water and drains it from the system. Its rated pressure dew point of 35.6-50°F helps reduce downstream moisture when the unit operates within its specified conditions.
Power & Performance: The QLAD57 provides 60.32 CFM of rated airflow, and the QLAD1020 provides 91.82 CFM. Both ratings apply at 101.5 PSI inlet pressure and 113°F inlet air temperature. Both dryers use 220 V, single-phase, 50 Hz power. Select by actual airflow, inlet pressure, temperature and ambient conditions; compressor horsepower is a selection guide.
Uncompromising Protection: Removing condensate helps reduce moisture-related corrosion and water carryover in compressed air systems. Automatic drainage collects and discharges separated water. Add suitable downstream filtration or additional drying where the application requires a higher level of air purity or a lower dew point.
Built to Last: An aluminum-magnesium alloy plate-fin heat exchanger provides a large heat-transfer surface in a compact cabinet. The air-cooled condenser, stainless steel separation mesh and accessible service components support routine operation and maintenance.
